Zovah connects verified service providers with clients, and is live on the App Store and Google Play. Providers complete mandatory KYC verification before appearing in listings, while an urgent SOS booking flow enables immediate on-demand dispatches.
Both user groups operate on dedicated subscription tiers: providers subscribe for listing visibility and lower transaction fees, while consumers subscribe for booking priority. Real-time calendar availability guarantees conflict-free bookings.
Payments protect both sides: Stripe Connect escrow authorizes the card at booking and captures it only when the job is done, confirmed through signed webhooks, so customers don't pay for no-shows and providers don't work unpaid.
